Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. To process your request, we may ask for clear photos and order details for verification. Once approved, we will offer a replacement or refund based on the situation.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return. Return requests made after the specified time frame may not be accepted. Shipping charges are non refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds, once approved, will be processed through the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
